Bookings and Payments

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TenerifeFUNexcursions.
   To secure your spot, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the exact amount displayed at checkout. The remaining balance will be paid on-site.

2. Payment Methods
   We accept credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available on our platform.
   Prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Cancellations and Refunds

       3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

1. Cancellations by TenerifeFUNexcursions
   If TenerifeFUNexcursions cancels a tour due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.

Customer Responsibilities

   It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the booking process.
   TenerifeFUNexcursions is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Medical Conditions
   You must inform TenerifeFUNexcursions of any medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour.
   TenerifeFUNexcursions reserves the right to deny participation to any person who, in its opinion, is not fit for the activity.

2. Limitation of Liability
